If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on the Pakistan Handicrafts Shop website within 14 days of delivery.
1. Returns Policy per Category
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.
2. Valid Reasons to Return an Item
- Product is damaged or physically broken
- Product is defective (e.g., not functioning properly)
- Product is incomplete (missing items or accessories)
- Wrong product, size, or color delivered
- Product does not match description or images
- Product size does not fit
3. Conditions for Returns
- Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags, invoice, and accessories must be included
- Return in original, undamaged packaging
- Do not place tape or stickers directly on packaging
Note: Clearly mention your Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the package to avoid delays.
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the refund request may be rejected.
Important: If a return request is rejected, the item will be sent back within 6ā8 days. After three failed delivery attempts, the item will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
