If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on the Pakistan Handicrafts Shop website within 14 days of delivery.

3. Conditions for Returns
- Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags, invoice, and accessories must be included
- Return in original, undamaged packaging
- Do not place tape or stickers directly on packaging

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the refund request may be rejected.
Important: If a return request is rejected, the item will be sent back within 6–8 days. After three failed delivery attempts, the item will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
